Enabling Works for Major Projects
Civiltech was contracted major hotels enabling works by ADNH, as well as supply and construction of turn key camps, stores, site offices, laydown and workshops for major projects details here under:
Temporary accommodation camps for staff and workers, turn key handing over, fully equipped, completely functional for a high standard level of living, approved by Municipalities, Civil Defense, ADNOC, Labour Ministry.
Temporary site facilities, offices, workshops laydown areas, stores fully equipped and functional, including running, operation and maintenance contract if required all through the project execution period.
Major site preparation, including levelling, scraping and removal of shrubs and excess earth, major excavations with dewatering, shoring, including cart away of excess soil. Backfilling and compaction including importing of engineering fill from remote areas or local borrow pits, with a wide array of compaction tests, all as per project specifications.
Design & execution of concrete and stone piles, secant piles and metal vibration driven shoring as required.
